THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use third-party service providers to facilitate certain aspects of our operations:
Headway: We use Headway to gather and compile insurance information, copays, and billing details. Headway may collect and store information related to your insurance provider and payment responsibilities. Chesed Counseling does not control how Headway manages this data. Carepatron: We use Carepatron to create a client portal, manage private-pay appointments, and facilitate scheduling. Carepatron may collect and store information related to your appointments, communications, and payment transactions. Please review Carepatron’s privacy policy for further details on their data practices.
We only share necessary information with these third-party providers to facilitate services. They are prohibited from using your data for any purposes outside of the specified services.
SECURITY
This Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. If our site allows you to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We may also at times provide information about you to third parties to provide various services on our behalf, such as providers who process credit card payments. We will only share information about you that is necessary for the third party to provide the requested service. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, buying, selling, storing or using your personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
