Keren's practice is private pay. Choosing to pay privately means your care isn't shaped by insurance session limits, diagnosis requirements, or utilization review — just what's clinically right for you.
Confidentiality. No diagnosis or treatment details are shared with an insurance company.
Flexibility. Session length, frequency, and treatment approach are determined by your needs, not by what a plan will authorize.
No arbitrary session caps. Insurance plans often limit the number of covered sessions per year; private pay removes that ceiling.
Access to specialized formats. Services like EMDR Intensives are only available on a private-pay basis.
Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) — $160
Initial Intake Session (60 minutes) — $175
I accept the following HIPPA compliant payment methods:
✔ Mastercard
✔ Visa
✔ Zelle
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service.
All no show appointments or cancelations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to cancelation fee of $100.
While Keren does not bill insurance directly, a superbill is available upon request. This is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Whether — and how much — you're reimbursed depends entirely on your specific plan; we're glad to answer questions, but coverage decisions are made by your insurance company, not by us.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before your first appointment. [See our Good Faith Estimate page] for more information, or ask us for one directly.
