We strive to make therapy as accessible and transparent as possible. The cost of your sessions will depend on whether you choose private pay or use insurance. Below is a breakdown of what to expect.

We are in-network with select insurance plans through Headway. Your copay, deductible, and out-of-pocket costs are determined by your insurance company, not by us. Copays are collected at the time of service.

✔ 2-Hour EMDR Intensive (110 min, with 10-min break): $260
